Merry Christmas! And btw, Respawn Addicts placed 3rd at the 6th Season of the European Quake League. We improved alot and thanks to Slash we won some games we never thought of winning. Fine to see Ori back but unfortunately watzl is doing some 4v4 pause. Maybe we see him back not to far in the future. Happy Holidays and fine fraggin.

Because of the increasing amount of read fans who are stalking our quakeworld squad during all day times we took precautions to meet their demands. Our very own nails aka kiu designed some wallpapers to distract the drooling crowds. Now our quakeworld players got some free time to practice for EQL in between the sexual assaults of our kinky female fans.

 
EQL Season 6, Hi burps!

Yesterday the signups for the well established quakeworld league EQL went online. Our Quakeworld Team signed up and will try to win some games in division 5.

Apart from the signup we are happy to welcome our new member
burps to our Quakeworld lineup. We played loads of 2on2 games during the summerbreak and found him to fit into our team perfectly.

Member changes in the Warsow Team

After placing second at the Warsowian FragFest hoshi and watzl went inactive due to university work. Tide was looking for new members to compete in upcoming leagues and actually found them. We are proud to announce the new Warsow TDM lineup of respawn addicts:

  • tide
  • pbx
  • duuke
  • law

    The two austrians will of course stay active in the Quakeworld team and hoshi will even act as a standin in the Warsow team.

    read rocks!
    Why, you ask? Because they won a few games. They managed to win a game in the nnql 2v2 League (vs Pentragram) and even two in the NQR.

    Psycho Farmers and Jagarna (both Sweden) were defeated by read which is now at 5th Place.

    Unfortunately, they lost against Clan Cube Squad but they are getting better each game.

    Read now have their own Quakeworld KTX Server. The server is located in Austria and has many maps installed which are required for spamming.

    Hi guys!

    There is quite some action going on in Quakeworld. Unfortunately Defcon 5 and Orion both lost their matches in the ownage 1v1 cup, though Ori really kicked ass against Hagge.

    NNQL is starting soon, with 3 teams from read participating. Defcon 5 & orion, kiu & mikey and hoshi & watzl. Good Luck to everyone.

    And finally: NQR began recently and read is keen on winning some maps or even games :) You can specatate or cheer whenever you want, just join #read or #qw.at

    Second place in the Warsowian Fragfest

    Yesterday we had to play the final match of the Warsowian Fragfest ... and what a match it was! We had great coverage by the german esports tv channel GiGa eSports who did a brilliant job with promoting Warsow and the cup.

    We had to take on the cpma promode clan noobs anonymous who played flawlessly till the final eleminating teams like Zissou and Fear Factory.

    It was a great match and although we lost in two straight, but exciting maps we are still happy about our second place in the cup. To be honest nobody of us expected us to get till the finals and still we did a nice job during the whole cup.

    So much from the Warsow team. With NQR and NNQR coming up we started to polish our quakeworld rocketlaunchers again and are ready to bore!
     
    NQR 10 is coming!

    The Nations Quake Rank is coming and, surprise, read will fight in it. It will be harder than the EQL because there are less divisions, but more teams in each. But we hope for Slash to give us backup and some lessons, and things will end well :)

    Finally our little homepage is online! As you can see on the members page our new members tide, hYp and pbx complete our War§ow TDM squad which is now ready to rumble. Welcome guys!

    Talking about War§ow ... the first TDM cup is coming up right in time and our team is eager to rip some with their gunblades.

    Meanwhile our Quakeworld squad is happily spawning in division 5 of the EQL. But comparing our first games we are really shaping up and could already win our first map. With four games to go we are confident to get a match win aswell.
